Run a Health Check in Your Org

Health Check looks through your org for both data and configuration inconsistencies or errors and reports back the type of error along with a description.

To run Health Check:

1. Click the App Launcher (), then click Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).
2. In the navigation bar, click NPSP Settings.
3. On the NPSP Settings page, click System Tools, then click Health Check.
4. Click Run Health Check.

Note You have the option to Disable Record Data Health Checks when you run Health Check. If selected, Health Check only checks your NPSP configuration settings for problems. Select this option if your organization has a large volume of records and Health Check is having problems completing.
