Create the Portal

Create a fundseeker portal using the Fundseeker Starter Portal site template.

Note If you used either of the Outbound Funds Module Fundseeker Starter Portal Template installers to create a fundseeker portal, you will also need an Enterprise Edition or Sales Cloud or Service Cloud and Customer Community Plus Login licenses. Reach out to your Salesforce account executive to learn more.

This is a preconfigured Experience Builder template that can be customized to fit your organization’s needs and branding. Your fundseeker portal is where you can communicate your organization’s mission and available funding opportunities, and where fundseekers can learn about your organization, view and apply to Funding Programs, and manage their applications.

If you used the Outbound Funds Module Fundseeker Starter Portal Template and Build Site installer, a fundseeker portal called Fundseeker Portal is already created and you can skip this step.

1. Click , then click Setup.

2. Enter Digital Experiences in the Quick Find box, then click All Sites.

3. Click New.

4. Select the Fundseeker Starter Portal template then click Get Started.

5. Enter a name for your portal. 

6. Enter a URL ending to append to the portal domain.

7. Click Create.

It will take a few minutes to create the new portal. When it’s ready, you’ll see the site's Experience Workspace.
