Add an Active Program Engagement Stage

Setting stages as active allows you to filter to see only active Program Engagements. Set an existing Stage value as active or create a custom value and set the value as active.

1. To create a value, from the object management settings for Program Engagements, go to Fields & Relationships.
2. Create a value in the Stage picklist field. Learn more in Add or Edit Picklist Values.
3. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Custom, and then select Custom Metadata Types.
4. In the row for Bucketed Value, click Manage Records.
5. Click New.
6. Enter a label for the value. The Bucketed Value Name auto-populates.
7. For Bucket, select Active.
8. For Value, paste the API Name of the new picklist value.
9. Save your work.
