Customize Picklist Values

You can configure these picklists: Program Issue Area and Status of a Program, Role and Stage of a Program Engagement, Status of a Program Cohort, Status of a Service.

To add or edit picklist values:

1. Click , then click Setup.

2. Click the Object Manager tab.

3. Click the name of the object for which you want to update a picklist. For example, Program.

4. Click Fields & Relationships.

5. Click the picklist field label. For example, Status.

6. Scroll down to Value and customize the picklist values as needed:

   • Click New to create a new value.

   • Click Edit next to a value to edit it.

   • Click Reorder to change the order picklist values appear in the dropdown.

   • Click Replace to replace an existing value you don't need.
