PMM Reports and Dashboards

View Reports

PMM includes two reports folders: Program Management Embedded Reports, where you can find the reports that appear on the Program Management Home Page Dashboard and the Programs and Services page layouts, and Program Management Reports (Unpackaged), where you can find additional reports.

You can control access to reports using folder sharing. For example, you may want to limit who has Edit access to the Program Management Embedded Reports folder, because it contains reports that are visible to all users in your org.

Important Don't move the reports in the Program Management Embedded Reports folder into private folders, because this will prevent future upgrades to your PMM package.

The Program Management Embedded Reports folder includes these reports:

• All Active Program Engagements: Record count of Active Program Engagements by Program.

• Clients Enrolled This Month: List of Program Engagements with a start date in the current month.

• Clients Enrolled This Month by Program: List of Program Engagements for the current month, grouped by Program.

• Client Records Missing Phone Number: List of Clients without phone numbers. The report looks first at the Contact record and then the Account record.

• Contacts Absent for Last Svc Delivery: List of Contacts who have one or more consecutive absences for at least one Program Engagement.

• Contacts w/o Recent Service Deliveries: List of Contacts who haven't received a Service Delivery in over two weeks.

• Contacts with 3 Consecutive Absences: List of Contacts who have three or more consecutive absences for at least one Program Engagement.

• Services Delivered (Year to Date): Count of Services delivered this year, grouped by Program.

• Units Delivered over last 6 Months: List and quantity of Service Deliveries over the last 6 months.

The Program Management Reports (Unpackaged) folder includes these reports:

• Active & Enrolled Prog. Eng. by Owner: List of Active and Enrolled Program Engagements, grouped by Owner Name.
• All Program Engagements by Stage: Program Engagements grouped by Stage.

• My Service Delivery by Client Last Month: Count of services you delivered last month, grouped by Client.

• My Service Deliveries Last Month: Count of services you delivered in the last month.

• Past Sessions in Pending Status: List of past Service Sessions with a Complete or Canceled status, grouped by Primary Service Provider.

• Service Deliveries by Provider Last Month: List of Service Deliveries grouped by Service Provider.

• Unique Contacts Receiving Service: Number of unduplicated Contacts with a Service Delivery, sorted by Service.

To view PMM reports:  

1. Click the Reports tab.

2. Click All Folders.

3. Click Program Management Embedded Reports or Program Management Reports (Unpackaged).

4. Click the name of the report to view it.

View Dashboards

PMM includes two dashboards, the Sample Program Management Dashboard and the Program Management Home Page Dashboard.

The Sample Program Management dashboard includes these reports:

• Clients Enrolled This Month by Program

• Units Delivered Over the Last 6 Months

• Client Records Missing Phone Number

• All Active Program Engagements

• Services Delivered (Year to Date)

The Program Management Home Page dashboard includes these reports:

• All Active Program Engagements

• Client Records Missing Phone Number

• Services Delivered (Year to Date)

To view PMM dashboards:

1. Click the Dashboards tab.

2. Click All Folders.

3. Click Program Management Dashboards.

4. Click the dashboard name.
