If you originally installed Student Success Hub 1.18 or earlier, or if you didn't install the Success Plan and Success Plan Template metadata that Student Success Hub provides, some extra configuration is required to set up Success Plans.

Add Custom Buttons to the Success Plan Page Layout

Add buttons to the Success Plan page layout to let support staff mass update the statuses of Tasks under a plan and cancel a plan.

  1. From Setup, in Object Manager, click Success Plan.
  2. On the Page Layouts page, click Success Plan Layout.
  3. In the palette, click Mobile & Lightning Actions.
  4. Drag Cancel Plans and Update Tasks to the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section in the layout.
  5. Save your changes.

Help your staff stay organized by creating compact layouts that summarize program plans and requirements.

  1. From Setup, in Object Manager, click Success Plan or Success Plan Template.
  2. On the Compact Layouts page, click New.
  3. For the label, enter Success Plans Compact Layout or Success Plan Template Compact Layout
