Assign Apex Class Access to the K-12 Support Staff Profile

Assign Apex Class Access to the K-12 Support Staff Profile

Grant K-12 support staff access to required Apex classes.

To use Student Success Hub custom components, your K-12 support staff need access to the Apex classes that control the components. Otherwise, they (and you) may encounter errors trying to do things like applying Success Plans.

          1. From Setup, search for and then select Profiles.

          2. Click the Profile Name for your K-12 support staff.

          3. Click Apex Class Access.

          4. Confirm that these Apex classes are listed. If necessary, click Edit and move any missing classes to the Enabled Apex Classes list. Then, save your changes.
