You are here:
Assign Apex Class Access to the K-12 Support Staff Profile
Grant K-12 support staff access to required Apex classes.
To use Student Success Hub custom components, your K-12 support staff need access to the Apex classes that control the components. Otherwise, they (and you) may encounter errors trying to do things like applying Success Plans.
-
From Setup, search for and then select Profiles.
-
Click the Profile Name for your K-12 support staff.
-
Click Apex Class Access.
-
Confirm that these Apex classes are listed. If necessary, click Edit and move any missing classes to the Enabled Apex Classes list. Then, save your changes.
