Critical Changes

Beginning March 14, 2023, Student Success Hub customers will receive license entitlements to the features of the new Education Cloud product in their Salesforce org. You can't use Education Cloud alongside Student Success Hub in your org, but Education Cloud includes some capabilities that work with Student Success Hub, such as OmniStudio, Business Rules Engine, and more. Do not enable the new Education Cloud data model or Person Accounts in a production instance that has Student Success Hub implemented. This is not a supported configuration and might cause undesired behavior in your instance. Check with your Salesforce admin for more information.

Changes

Review the fixes and minor enhancements in Student Success Hub (version 2.63) in Spring '23.

• The Scheduling Wizard has been updated to address alignment issues in the Recent tab.

• We fixed a bug that caused group appointments to show the wrong appointment statuses for attendees.

• We fixed a bug that caused a new appointment to be created when rescheduling an appointment in the student community.

• We fixed a bug that prevented the Walk-In Appointment Event Type from being included in Walk-In Details.

• We fixed a bug that caused the unexpected error message "Cannot add property index, object is not extensible" when creating a case from an alert.
