One-Time Volunteers for Salesforce Event

Review recommendations for planning one-time volunteer events, and then set up the event hierarchy, jobs, and shifts.

• Plan a One-Time Event
  You can plan your one-time event as you wish, but we have some steps that we think will help.
• Create a Campaign
  The Campaign is the top level of your volunteer structure. You can either create a Campaign manually or use the wizard.
• Create Jobs
  Jobs represent the next level down in your structure. Before you start creating Jobs, it's a good idea to jot down exactly what Jobs and Shifts you need to fill.
• Create Job Shifts
  If there are multiple dates or times when you need volunteers for a Job, you can set up Shifts so you can track which volunteers are coming when.
