Volunteers for Salesforce Feature Telemetry
Volunteers for Salesforce Feature Telemetry collects feature and usage metrics when customers use our products. These metrics give Salesforce.org valuable insights into how our customers are using Volunteers for Salesforce. We use this information to understand usage and adoption of various Volunteers for Salesforce features.
We do not collect personally identifiable information through V4S Feature Telemetry. The only information we collect is related to what features an organization enables.
Three data types can be collected: Boolean (true/false), Integer (a whole number), and Date (MM/YY). We currently collect Boolean and Integer data. V4S Feature Telemetry is collected during the push upgrade process.
