Import and Add Recipients to Lightning Report and Dashboard Subscriptions

Subscribe to reports and dashboards to get refreshed results on set schedules. Subscriptions are set on reports and dashboards in Lightning Experience. To receive subscriptions in Slack, simply import them. After subscriptions are imported, you can share them with others in Slack.

Where: The CRM Analytics for Slack app works with CRM Analytics in Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic. CRM Analytics is available in Developer Edition and for an extra cost in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions. Available for use where approved by a workspace admin and installed in Slack.

Who: Users must have the following permissions: Connect Salesforce with Slack, Subscribe to Dashboards, Subscribe to Dashboards: Add Recipients, Subscribe to Reports, and Subscribe to Reports: Add Recipients.

How: To import active subscriptions from Lightning Experience into Slack, click Import Subscriptions on the Home tab in CRM Analytics for Slack. The subscriptions are then sent to the Messages tab on the schedule you specified for the report or dashboard.
