Get Einstein Discovery Predictions, Improvements, and Top Factors in Slack

The CRM Analytics for Slack app unleashes the predictive and prescriptive power of your Einstein Discovery models on Salesforce report data—directly in Slack. With the Run Prediction action, CRM Analytics for Slack returns an average prediction score, top predictors, recommended actions, and the three most at-risk records in the report. From there, share the predictions with your Slack channels and colleagues.

Where: The CRM Analytics for Slack app works with CRM Analytics in Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic. CRM Analytics is available in Developer Edition and for an extra cost in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions. Available for use where approved by a workspace admin and installed in Slack.

Who: Users must have the following permissions: Connect Salesforce with Slack, Use CRM Analytics, and View Einstein Discovery Recommendations.

How: In the CRM Analytics for Slack app, open the action menu on a Lightning report and select Run Prediction.

Predictions for records in the report are returned using the most recent Einstein Discovery model deployed on the report’s primary object.
