Enable Action Plans for Slack

Turn on the setting for Action Plans Slack.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions

Available in: Slack (where approved by a workspace admin)
User Permissions Needed
To use Salesforce with Slack: Connect Salesforce with Slack
To enable Action Plans:

Financial Services Cloud Extension permission set

AND

Customize Application
To set up Slack apps and features: Customize Application
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Slack, and then select Financial Services Cloud for Slack.
  2. Turn on Action Plans for Slack.
