            Set Up Einstein Lead Scoring for Partners

            Give channel managers and partners access to scores that help to prioritize leads. Turn on Einstein Lead Scoring, assign permission sets, and verify whether your site developer must add the Einstein Scoring component to the Lead detail page in your Experience Cloud site.

            Required Editions

            Available for partners in Experience Cloud Aura sites, accessed through Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Sales or Service. A PRM add-on license is required for each partner user.
            Available with Sales Cloud Einstein, which is available in Performance and Unlimited Editions, and for an extra cost in Enterprise Edition.
            User Permissions Needed
            To enable and configure Sales Cloud Einstein:

            1. Turn on Einstein Lead Scoring.
              1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter PRM, and then select Partner Productivity.
              2. From the Turn on Einstein Opportunity section, click Go to Einstein Lead Scoring.
              3. Turn on Einstein Lead Scoring.
            2. Assign the appropriate Sales Cloud Einstein permission sets to channel managers, site developers, and partners.
              1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then select Permission Sets.
              2. Select the appropriate Sales Cloud Einstein permission set for your Salesforce edition and verify that it’s assigned to any channel managers who you want to see leads scores, and the site developer who’s building your Experience Cloud site.
              1. Select the Sales Cloud Einstein for Partners permission set and assign it to partners.
              After steps 1-2 are complete, channel managers can see lead scores on their leads and in their PRM reports and dashboards. Site developers can see the Einstein Scoring component in Experience Builder to add it to Experience Cloud sites.
            3. Engage your site developer to add the Einstein Scoring component to your Experience Cloud site.
              Some templates require less setup than others.

            After setup is complete, partners can see lead scores on lead detail pages from Experience Cloud sites..
