A glance at the predesigned dashboards that are included with Partner Relationship
Management (PRM) gives channel managers a comprehensive overview of KPIs for partners.
Required Editions
Available for channel managers in Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience
in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, Developer
Editions with Sales or Service. You must have at least one PRM add-on license.
User Permissions Needed
To view PRM dashboards:
A Salesforce admin must have shared the latest PRM Dashboards folder.
Every release, an automated process delivers the latest PRM report and dashboard improvements
to your org. Report and dashboard folder names correspond to the Salesforce release when they
were delivered.
Select the Dashboards tab.
Go to the All Folders tab and click the PRM
Dashboards folder.
Open the dashboards folder belonging to the most recent release.
Click the dashboard you want to view.
