            Set Up Einstein Opportunity Scoring for Partners

            Give your partners access to scores that help them focus on the right deals. Turn on Einstein Opportunity Scoring, assign permission sets, and verify whether your site developer must add opportunity scores to your Experience Cloud site pages and list views.

            Required Editions

            Available for partners in Experience Cloud Aura sites, accessed through Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Sales or Service. A PRM add-on license is required for each partner user.
            Available with Sales Cloud Einstein, which is available in Performance and Unlimited Editions, and for an extra cost in Enterprise Edition.
            User Permissions Needed
            To enable and configure Sales Cloud Einstein:

            1. Turn on Einstein Opportunity Scoring.
              1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter PRM, and then select Partner Productivity.
              2. From the Turn on Einstein Opportunity section, click Go to Einstein Opportunity Scoring.
              3. From the Einstein Opportunity Scoring page, click Setup and complete the setup flow.
            2. Assign the appropriate Sales Cloud Einstein permission set to the person developing your Experience Cloud site from Digital Experiences and partners who you want to see the scores.
              1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then select Permission Sets.
              2. Select the appropriate Sales Cloud Einstein permission set for your Salesforce edition and verify that it’s assigned to your Experience Cloud site developer.
              1. Select the Sales Cloud Einstein for Partners permission set and assign it to partners.
            3. Add the opportunity score field to your opportunity list views, and work with your Experience Cloud site developer to add opportunity scores to your Experience Cloud page layouts.
