In some cases, resolving issues requires vendor and partner admins to both run Partner Connect
reports and work together to compare and contrast issues. To cross-reference corresponding
outbound and inbound transactions across reports, open the record that you want to trace from

respective reports, check the corresponding outbound and inbound transaction statuses, and
compare their findings.
