            Share Partner Relationship Management Analytics with Channel Managers

            Salesforce admins can help channel managers analyze partner performance and activity by giving them access to a collection of predesigned PRM reports and dashboards.

            Required Editions

            Available for channel managers in Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, Developer Editions with Sales or Service. You must have at least one PRM add-on license.
            User Permissions Needed
            To share report folders: Manage Reports in Public Folders
            To share dashboard folders: Manage Dashboards in Public Folders

            We recommend sharing at the levels suggested rather than more deeply nested levels so that when we deliver the latest reports and dashboards you don’t have to share new folders after release.

            1. Share PRM Reports
              1. Click the Reports tab.
              2. Go to the All Folders tab and locate the PRM Reports folder.
              3. Click the action menu next to PRM Reports to share the folder with channel managers.
            2. Share PRM Dashboards
              1. Click the Dashboards tab.
              2. Go to the All Folders tab and locate the PRM Dashboards folder.
              3. Click the action menu next to PRM Dashboards to share the folder with channel managers.
