Campaigns for Slack
Create space for team collaboration through dedicated campaign record channels in Slack. Each channel acts as a central workspace where members can post messages to plan campaign strategies and share ideas in real time. Channel notifications keep the members informed about important changes, so that they can work efficiently and stay connected.
Key campaign information, such as its name, status, and description, appears in the channel's Campaign details tab. The Summary tab provides a brief overview of what's happening in the channel.
Channel participants stay informed by automatic campaign updates, which are triggered by these important actions:
- Updates to campaign and brief specifications
- Adding or removing campaign members
- Sending a campaign email
- Adding, updating, or removing flows
- Adding or removing attachments
In Slack, a campaign record channel is always public. Team members can access past conversations and notifications just by scrolling or searching the channel.
