can connect multiple Salesforce orgs to Slack.

To connect Salesforce for Slack to a Salesforce org:

To manage org connections:
Manage Slack App Organization Connections for Slack Apps permission
To connect a Salesforce org to Slack, you must be a Slack admin or have the manage org
connections permission. Install the Salesforce for Slack app, enable Slack on the Initial Slack
Setup page in Salesforce, and then connect.
Connect a Salesforce org to Slack.
Click Connect New Org.
Sign in to the org to connect to Slack.
Click Allow.
To enable Slack to access Salesforce data, select Agree and then
Allow.
A confirmation message appears.
Open Salesforce for Slack in your Slack workspace.
Click the Home tab.
Click Manage Orgs, and the management window appears with an updated
list of current connections.
