Filter the Pipeline
Your pipeline shows opportunities by record type and list view. Open the filters to change
what’s shown.
When you filter by list view, you see only the opportunities that fit the criteria of the list
view. When you filter by record type, you see the opportunities of a particular record type.
Use both filters to further narrow your criteria.
Note You can see up to 90 opportunity groups in the pipeline. If you select a combination of
record type and list view that has more than 90 groups, view the full list in Salesforce or
refine your filters.
Group and Sort the Pipeline
Opportunities are summarized and grouped based on the Kanban list view settings To change how
your opportunities are shown in Slack, go to your list view Kanban settings in Salesforce
and edit the Summarize By and Group By fields. Your changes are reflected in Slack when you
close and reopen the pipeline.
