- Add a Connector to an External App With the Guided Wizard
Connect to an external app by using the guided connection wizard. - Add a Connector to an External App Without the Guided Wizard
Connect to an external app by using direct configuration. - Build a Flow to Move Your Data
Set up the triggers and actions that move data between Salesforce Suites and your connected external app. - Set the Flow Input Values for Jira and Google Sheets Integrations
To finish setting up a Jira or Google Sheets flow, set its input values in Flow Builder so Salesforce knows exactly what data to sync. - Add Custom Fields to Your Page Layout
If your flow uses custom fields, add them to your record page layout so that your users can see them. For example, if you created a custom Jira Status field that belongs on the Case page, use Lightning App Builder to add it to that page layout. - Grant Profile Access to Custom Fields
If your flow uses custom fields, grant field-level access so that users assigned to a profile can see the fields on their record pages. - Activate the Flow in Flow Builder
Before you can sync your data between Salesforce Suites and your external apps, activate your flow in Flow Builder. - Deactivate a Flow in Flow Builder
To turn off a flow, deactivate it in Flow Builder.
