Activate the Flow in Flow Builder

Before you can sync your data between Salesforce Suites and your external apps, activate your flow in Flow Builder.

1. From the Suites Home page, select Quick Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner.
2. Select Open Advanced Setup.
3. In the Quick Find box, search for and select Flows, which is in the Process Automation category.
4. From the Flows page, find and select the flow related to the app connection.
5. In the upper-right corner, select Activate to deploy the flow and make it live.

You can also activate a flow from the Flows tab in the Automation app. Open the flow, and then select Activate.

Note You can save a limited number of flows. See the Considerations section in Integration Basics for Salesforce Suites.
