Deactivate a Flow in Flow Builder

To turn off a flow, deactivate it in Flow Builder.

1. From the Suites Home page, select Quick Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner.
2. Select Open Advanced Setup.
3. In the Quick Find box, search for and select Flows, which is in the Process Automation category.
4. From the Flows page, find and select the flow related to the app connection.
5. In the upper-right corner, select Deactivate to turn off the flow.

Note You can also deactivate a flow from the Flows tab in the Automation app. Open the flow, and then select Deactivate.
