Set the Flow Input Values for Jira and Google Sheets Integrations

To finish setting up a Jira or Google Sheets flow, set its input values in Flow Builder so Salesforce knows exactly what data to sync.

By setting your flow's input values, you control which data syncs between Salesforce and Jira and Google Sheets apps.

From the Suites Home page, select Quick Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner.
Select Open Advanced Setup.
In the Quick Find box, search for and select Flows, which is in the Process Automation category.
From the Flows page, find and open the flow related to your app connection.
On the Flow Builder canvas, select the action element for your integration.
- For a Google Sheets flow, select Add Salesforce Lead Details to Google Sheets.
- For a Jira flow, select Create Jira Issue or Update Issue in Jira.
The element's properties open in the right pane.
In the properties pane, go to the Set Input Values section and update the values.
- For a Google Sheets flow, set the input values for the Spreadsheet ID, Sheet Name, and Row Column Range fields.
- For a Jira flow, set the input values for the Project and Issue Type fields.
Select Done.
Save your changes.

If the flow is deactivated, turn it on so that your updated values take effect. See Activate the Flow in Flow Builder.
