Add a Connector to an External App Without the Guided Wizard

Connect to an external app by using direct configuration.

Open the Automation app.
From the Automation - Integrations tab, select New Connection.
Select a connector, such as Jira or Google Sheets.
Select Create Connection.
Enter authentication details for your external app, select your triggers and actions, and enter your field details. You can also create custom fields if needed.
Select Create.
The connection wizard generates your flow and saves it.

Note You can save a limited number of flows. See the Considerations section in Integration Basics for Salesforce Suites.
