Grant Profile Access to Custom Fields
If your flow uses custom fields, grant field-level access so that users assigned to a profile can see the fields on their record pages.
By setting field-level security for your custom fields, you make sure that users assigned to the selected profiles can see the fields on their record pages.
- From the Suites Home page, select Quick Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner.
- Select Open Advanced Setup.
- Select Object Manager.
- Select the object that your custom field belongs to, such as Contact.
- Select Fields & Relationships, and then select your custom field.
- Select Set Field-Level Security.

For each profile that needs the field, select Visible.
To make the field read-only for a profile, also select Read-Only.
- Save your changes.
