  1. From Setup, enter Sites in the Quick Find box, and select All Sites under Digital Experiences.
  2. Click New.
  3. Select the Manufacturing template and click Get Started.
  4. Enter a name for the site and click Create. Also enter the domain name.
  5. On the landing page, click Builder to customize and design the workspace for partners.
  6. Click Publish to finalize your changes.
To learn how to style your site, create and customize pages, add branding, and create role-based experiences, see Customize Sites with Experience Builder. You can also use an existing Experience Cloud site in your org. If you use an existing site, add new pages or customize existing pages to display rebate programs and accrual information for partner users.

Configure Partner Access and Permissions: After creating the Experience Cloud site, configure user access, permission sets, and sharing rules to control what partners can view.

  • Assign the Rebate and Accrual Management Advanced for Experience Cloud Users permission set to partner users who need to view accrual information.
  • Configure sharing set for the following objects to grant partner users access to their rebate data:
    • Rebate Program
    • Rebate Program Member
    • Program Rebate Type
    • Program Rebate Type Accrual Source
    • Rebate Program Accrual Period
    • Program Rebate Type Accrual
  • Set up object-level and record-level security to ensure partners can only view programs they're enrolled in.
  • Test the configuration by logging in as a partner user to verify they can view accrual information for their enrolled programs.
