Assign AI Relationship Research Permissions
Assign the correct permission set to each user based on whether they set up AI Relationship Research or use it on record pages.

AI Relationship Research uses two permission roles:
| Role | What it allows | Assign to |
|---|---|---|
| AI Relationship Research Admin | Allows admins to enable AI Relationship Research and define configurations for specific use cases. | Salesforce admins responsible for setup and configuration |
| AI Relationship Research User | Allows users to view the AI Relationship Research insights generated for use cases based on their org's configurations. | Sales reps, account executives, and other end users |
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, then select Permission Sets.
- Click the permission set you want to assign: AI Relationship Research Admin or AI Relationship Research User.
- Select Manage Assignments.
- Select Add Assignments.
- Select the users to assign, then select Assign.
