Data 360 Objects and Documents

For orgs with Data 360, AI Relationship Research can search data model objects (DMOs).

Data 360 search provides:

• Relationship evidence from email and call history stored in Data 360.
• Insights from internal documents ingested into Data 360 DMOs.
• Data from connected external systems ingested into Data 360 DMOs.

Data 360 integration is optional and requires a separate Data 360 license. Queries against Data 360 consume Data 360 credits. For information on credit consumption, contact your Salesforce account executive.

Requires: Search retrievers configured in AI Models (formerly Einstein Studio) in Data 360 pointing to relevant DMOs and search indexes. For more information, see Retrieve Data and Manage Retrievers.
