Explore the AI Relationship Research Graph
Navigate the relationship graph to review connections, read relationship details, and take action on discovered entities.
The relationship graph shows the record you are researching at the center, with up to eight related people and organizations as nodes around it. You can drag and zoom the graph for better visibility. To return the graph to its original size and position, select the reset button.

- Drag the graph to canvas, or use scroll to zoom in and out.
- Click a node to view details about the person or organization in the Entity Details panel.
- Click an edge to view details about the connection between two nodes in the Relationship Details panel.
- To reset the graph to its original position and size, select the reset button.

Click a node in the relationship graph to open the Entity Details panel and view AI-generated context, source citations, and available actions for a discovered person or organization. - View Details About a Connection in the AI Relationship Research Graph
Click an edge in the relationship graph to open the Relationship Details panel and view the nature, strength, and source evidence of a connection. - Create a Salesforce Record from a Discovered Entity in the AI Relationship Research Graph
Create a new Salesforce record directly from the relationship graph for a person or organization discovered in external sources that does not yet have a CRM record. - Confirm a Suggested CRM Match in the AI Relationship Research Graph
Confirm or reject a suggested match between a discovered entity and an existing CRM record when AI Relationship Research identifies a potential link. - Open a Matched Salesforce Record in the AI Relationship Research Graph
Open the Salesforce record linked to a node in the relationship graph when a CRM match has been confirmed.
