Generate AI Relationship Research Insights
Generate relationship insights for an Account, Contact, Lead, or Opportunity record to surface the top-ranked people and organizations connected to your record.
- Open an Account, Contact, Lead, or Opportunity record. The AI Relationship Research component appears on the record page.

Click Start Research.
Insight generation runs in the background. You receive an in-app notification when results are ready. When generation is complete, the relationship graph appears in the component.
To refresh insights at any time, select the refresh button in the component. This re-runs research across all configured data sources and updates the graph with the latest results.
