          Predictions for Promotion Revenue (Beta)

          The Predictions for Promotion Revenue app gives predictions on revenue generated from promotions and lets you identify target segments that generate higher revenue, and devise strategies to improve promotion revenue.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Developer, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions that have Loyalty Management enabled.

          Note This feature is a Beta Service. Customers can opt to try this Beta Service at their sole discretion. Any use of the Beta Service is subject to the applicable Beta Services Terms provided at Agreements and Terms.

          The Predictions for Promotion Revenue (Beta) app includes two dashboards.

          • Predicted Promotion Revenue (Beta)
          • Predicted Revenue for Promotion Embedded (Beta)

          Note The predictions you see in the app are only for Individual and Corporate member types.

          Predicted Promotion Revenue (Beta)

          Use the Predicted Promotion Revenue (beta) dashboard to get insights into the predicted revenue generated from a promotion and identify target segments that generate higher revenue.

          The dashboard charts answer these questions:

          • What’s predicted revenue for each market segment?
          • What’s the predicted revenue by states, loyalty tiers, and member interests?
          • What are the factors affecting the promotion’s predicted revenue?

          Predicted Revenue for Promotion Embedded (Beta)

          Embed this dashboard on a promotion page to view the predictions for targeted segments and identify factors that affect the predicted revenue.

          The dashboard charts answer these questions:

          • What’s the predicted revenue for the promotion’s target segments?
          • Which market segments can generate high revenue?

          Feature Variables

          The generated dataset includes the following data.

          Revenue from Promotion Numeric Total revenue generated from the promotion.
          Promotion Start Period Numeric Start time of the promotion.
          Promotion End Period Numeric End time of the promotion.
          Promotion Start Day Numeric Day when the promotion started.
          Promotion Duration Numeric Total duration of the promotion.
          Promotion Type Text Type of promotion.
          Promotion Currency Text Currency associated with the promotion.
          Promotion Reward Points Numeric Total reward points from the promotion.
          Promotion Enrollment Required Boolean Indicates if enrollment is required for the promotion.
          Promotion Enrollment Duration Numeric Time taken to enroll in the promotion.
          Maximum Promotion Reward Numeric Highest reward earned from the promotion.
          Promotion Partners Numeric Total number of promotion partners.
          Member Preference for Promotion Partners Numeric Promotion partners preferred by the member.
          Promotion Products Numeric Total number of promotion products.
          Member Preference for Promotion Product Numeric Promotion products preferred by the member.
          Membership Duration (Days) Numeric Total membership duration in days.
          Member Enrollment Channel Text Channel through which the member has enrolled for the program.
          Member Age Numeric Age of the loyalty program member.
          Member State/Province & City Text Member's billing state and city.
          Member Tier Text Name of the member’s current program tier.
          Member Current Tier Duration (Months) Numeric Number of months the member has been in the tier.
          Member Interest Text Activities that the member is interested in.
          Member Segment 1 Text Member’s market segment.
          Member Segment 2 Text Member’s market segment.
          Transaction Amount Numeric Total transaction amount.
          NQP Accrued Numeric Total non-qualifying points accrued.
          Accruals Numeric Total number of accrual transactions.
          Expired Points Numeric Total expired points.
          Average Time Between Accrual Transactions Numeric Average duration between accrual transactions.
          Days Since Last Accrual Numeric Number of days since the last accrual transaction.
          Lifetime Transactions Numeric Total number of transactions during the members lifetime.
          Lifetime Transaction Amount Numeric Total transaction amount during the members lifetime.
          Average NQP Accrued per Transaction Numeric Average number of non-qualifying points accrued per transaction.
          Average Transaction Amount Numeric Average of all the transaction amounts.
          Sum of Average Transaction Amounts for Promotion Products Numeric Sum of average transaction amounts of a product across all promotion products.
          Total Average Transaction Amount for Promotion Partners Numeric Sum of average transaction amounts of a partner across all promotion partners.
