Licenses Required for Using Agentforce for Product Upsell and Cross-sell in Service

Acquire and configure the necessary licenses to enable Agentforce for product upsell and cross-sell during service interactions.

You must have the following licenses to enable this feature. Please check with your Account Executive to acquire any missing licenses.

• Industries Base License: An active license for one of the following industries clouds with Asset Service Lifecycle Management (ASLM) enabled:
  • Automotive
  • Communications
  • Manufacturing
• Agentforce for Industries Add-on: The specific Agentforce add-on license corresponding to your industry (for example, Agentforce for Communications, Agentforce for Manufacturing).
• Revenue Cloud Advanced:
  • Product Catalog Management: The Revenue Cloud Product Catalog Management (PCM) license is mandatory to retrieve product data and pricing.
  • Pricing Runtime: The Revenue Cloud Pricing Runtime license.
  • (Optional) Revenue Cloud Quoting: This license is required only if you intend to use Revenue Management for quote creation. You don’t require this if you are using standard quoting.

After the licenses are provisioned, you must assign the specific permissions to the relevant user personas.
