- From the App Launcher, find and select Product Service Campaign Definitions.

Click New.
The name of the record is automatically populated.

Product Service Campaign Group Definition The product service campaign group definition associated with the product service campaign definition. Product The impacted product of a product service campaign. Description The description of the product service campaign definition. Make Name The make name on the product record related to the product service campaign definition. Model Name The model name on the product record related to the product service campaign definition. Model Year The model year on the product record related to the product service campaign definition. Business Brand The business brand on the product record related to the product service campaign definition. Impacted Unit Count The actual number of units impacted of the product service campaign definition. Manufacturer Location The location of the manufacturer associated with the product service campaign definition.
