            Integrate Book Service Appointment

            On the cloned Work Order Estimation (WOE) flow, integrate Book Service Appointment (BSA) by completing the BSA setup and modifying the WOE flow.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Automotive Cloud, Communications Cloud, Consumer Goods, Energy and Utilities Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Media Cloud. View edition availability.
            REQUIRED USER PERMISSIONS  
            To create and update custom quote:

            Salesforce Field Service

            AND

            Salesforce Pricing Admin

            AND

            Salesforce Pricing Manager

            AND

            Salesforce Pricing Design Time User

            AND

            Book Service Appointment

            AND

            Field Service Scheduling

            Before you begin, complete the BSA setup. Make sure this setup includes the required licenses and the corresponding setup URL.

            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Flows.
            2. Find and open the newly created WOE flow.
            3. Select Open Flow, and find and select the Finish Quote Approval page.
            4. Find and select the Finalize Quote Approval component.
            5. On the component page, under the Screen Properties, enter the Book Service Appointment URL that you created when you launched Book Service Appointment.
            6. Select Done.
            7. Save the changes and activate the flow.
