Create Asset Milestone Records Flow
The Create Asset Milestone Records flow creates an Asset Milestone record for a given asset in an Asset Registration Event. Before creating, it checks whether a milestone with the same name, date, type, stage, and usage type already exists for the asset. If a duplicate record exists, no new record is created and the failure is recorded.
Flow Inputs and Outputs

| Milestone Name | Input | The name for the new asset milestone record. |
| Milestone Date | Input | The date of the asset milestone. |
| Milestone Stage | Input | The stage of the asset milestone, such as, Active. |
| Milestone Type | Input | The type of the asset milestone, such as, Order Received. |
| Milestone Usage Type | Input | The usage type of the asset milestone, such as, Automotive. |
| Created Records | Output | The names of records successfully created. |
| Failed Records | Output | The names of records that failed to be created. |
| Milestone Failure Reason | Output | The error message when record creation fails, either due to missing fields or due to presence of duplicate records. |
