Install the Channel Revenue Management Data Kit

To create the necessary Data Lake Objects (DLOs) and data model objects (DMOs) for your calculations, deploy the standard package in your org.

Required Editions

Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
User Permissions Needed
To use Data Cloud for Channel Revenue Management

Salesforce org: Customize Application AND Use Rebate and Accrual Management Advanced (or Use Manufacturing Rebates depending on license)

AND

Data Cloud org: Data Cloud Admin

Make sure that you're logged in to the Salesforce org where you want to install the package.

  1. From Data Cloud Setup, enter Data Kits in the Quick Find box, and select Data Kits.
  2. Find and select the standard Channel Revenue Management data kit (API Name: ChannelRevenueMgmt).
  3. Click Data Kit Deploy.
  4. Select a data space.
  5. Enter the org ID.
  6. Click Deploy to automatically provision the foundational data models and connections.
