Use the Stock Rotation Execution (SRE) records to identify which products and invoices
are eligible for rotation based on the manufacturer’s program rules. The Stock Rotation
Execution record displays Partner Unsold Inventory (PUI) records that the system has
automatically stamped as eligible based on validity duration, price type, and account matching.
Required Editions
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer
Editions that have Stock Rotation enabled.
Use the Select View option on the Stock Rotation Execution page to view the line
items.
Unsubmitted Line Items: Displays all new eligible invoices that require partner action.
These records typically have a status of New or Accepted and Partner Action Pending. Use
this view to monitor what inventory is eligible for rotation but hasn't been submitted
yet.
Submitted Line Items: Displays records where the partner has already submitted
quantities for return or scrap. These records have statuses such as Quantity Submitted,
Return Initiated, Rejected, Completed, Error, Ready for Claim Statuses or Scrap Proof
Submitted. Use this view to review and validate partner requests before generating
claims.
Use the filter component to narrow down the inventory list by specific fields such as
Product, Status, or Invoice Date. This ensures partners can quickly process high-volume
inventory requests.
The execution banner provides a real-time summary of the rotation
cycle's financial and physical health:
Unsubmitted View: Total Unsubmitted Line Items, Eligible Line Items, Eligible Quantity,
Warnings
Submitted View: Total Submitted Line Items, Approved Line Items, Rejected Line Items,
Pending Review, Calculated Amount, Warnings, Errors
