Process and Validate Stock Rotation Incentive Claims
View pricing, payout, and processing information for stock rotation claims submitted by
partners using the Stock Rotation Execution (SRE) record page. Easily track incentive amounts
already claimed by program members, adjust quantities, and finalize payouts.
Required Editions
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer
Editions that have Stock Rotation enabled.
Review Partner Claim Requests Once a partner submits their rotation quantities, the manufacturer (Stock Rotation Program Manager or Claim Analyst) must review the request.
Resolve Stock Rotation Warnings Stock Rotation warnings are automated flags that identify discrepancies in inventory data or ongoing processes that could impact the accuracy of a claim. These warnings must be reviewed and, in some cases, resolved before a final rebate claim can be generated.
Simulate and Generate Stock Rotation Incentive Claims Validate partner submissions and calculate final credit amounts before issuing financial rewards. Use the simulation feature to preview the impact of rotation requests on your budget and verify quantities before permanently generating rebate claims.
Track Stock Rotation Incentive Payouts and Usage Monitor the financial impact of your stock rotation programs and track how credits are disbursed across your partner network. By using automated snapshots, you can maintain a clear audit trail of all return and scrap payouts for financial reporting and reconciliation.
