            You can access the Tableau Next in-app dashboards through the Customer Lifecycle Analytics app with Tableau Next.

            Required Editions

            Available in: both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited and Developer editions
            Available with the Feedback Managenent - Starter, and Feedback Management - Growth licenses, Data Cloud license, and one of these Tableau Next licenses: Tableau Next Creator, Tableau Next Customer, or Tableau Next Limited Consumer.             Response Distribution Dashboard

            Monitor response trends across lifecycle stages and demographics. Track survey volumes, identify survey fatigue through abandonment rates, and link response frequency to customer satisfaction. Identify top-performing surveys and determine which demographics require targeted engagement strategies.

            Use the Response Distribution dashboard to answer key business questions, such as:

            • How many participants responded to the survey?
            • How did the survey responses trend over time?
            • How responsive and satisfied are customers?
            • What's the demographic distribution of the survey responses?
            • Which are the least-rated questions in the survey?
