            Use Customer Lifecycle Analytics with Tableau Next Dashboards

            You can use Customer Lifecycle Analytics with Tableau Next Dashboards to gain actionable insights into your customers and answer key questions about your business.

            Required Editions

            Available in: both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited and Developer editions
            Available with the Feedback Managenent - Starter, and Feedback Management - Growth licenses, Data Cloud license, and one of these Tableau Next licenses: Tableau Next Creator, Tableau Next Customer, or Tableau Next Limited Consumer. See Tableau licenses for the full list of applicable licenses.

            The Customer Lifecycle Analytics app includes two types of dashboards:

            • Dashboards accessed through the app in Customer Lifecycle Analytics with Tableau Next.
            • Embedded dashboards that deliver insights from within the context of Salesforce objects you work with.

            They’re designed to answer key questions about your business.

            • In-App Dashboards with Tableau Next
              You can access the Tableau Next in-app dashboards through the Customer Lifecycle Analytics app with Tableau Next.
            • Embedded Dashboards with Tableau Next
              The Customer Lifecycle Analytics app in Tableau Next Hub includes dashboards and scorecards that you can embed in Lightning Experience pages to understand customer satisfaction and loyalty.
