            Learn the considerations for an external client app configured with the mobile, push notification, or notification plugin.

            Available in: Professional, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions

            If you installed an external client app with a managed package, note these considerations.

            • If you installed an external client app without the mobile plugin enabled, you can’t enable the mobile plugin after creation.
            • If you installed an external client app without the notification plugin enabled, you can’t enable the notification plugin after creation. Without the notification plugin enabled, you can’t subscribe the mobile app to custom notification types.
