Configure Action Consent Options

Select which Global Consent Definitions appear on the Action Consent layout, and select up to three attributes to identify each consent record.

Required Editions

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions. Requires the Privacy Center license.

The Action Consent layout controls how action consent records appear in the Global Consent component. This layout applies to consent related to data processing activities, such as sharing data with third parties or training AI models. Configuring its options controls which consent records appear on the layout and how they're identified. You can add only published definitions, and each definition links to only one layout.

  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Privacy Center, and then select the Global Consent tab.
  2. Under Configuration, select Guided Consent Management Layouts.
  3. Open the Action Consent layout.
  4. In the Included Consents section, select the Global Consent Definitions to include on the layout.
  5. For each definition, select up to three attributes to help identify each consent record.
  6. Select how to label consent records on the layout.
  7. Save your changes.
