Customize Consent Attributes

Consent records capture standard attributes, such as Consent Status and Consent Purpose, along with any custom attributes your business requires. Configure these attributes before you build consent definitions.

• Customize Consent Status Picklist Values
  Define the Consent Status picklist values that reflect your privacy states, such as Opt In, Opt Out, Seen, or Pending.
• Customize Consent Purpose Picklist Values
  Define the legal or business reasons that you capture consent, such as a specific data processing action or marketing communication.
• Configure Additional Attributes
  Add custom fields to consent records for business-specific data, such as product lines, division IDs, or delivery frequencies.
