Review the Consent Audit Log

Look up a consent record and review the full history of how its consent status has changed.

Required Editions

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions. Requires the Privacy Center license.

Use the Consent Audit Log to confirm a data subject's current consent or to trace when and how it changed.

  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Privacy Center, and then select the Global Consent tab.
  2. Under Configuration, select Consent Audit Log.
  3. From the Global Consent Definition list, select the definition for the records you want to find.
  4. Enter a Data Subject ID, a Contact Point, or both, and then click Search.
  5. In the Results list, find the consent record you want to view, and then click View History.
  6. In the History section, review each consent status change, along with its source and date.
  7. To download the record's history, click Export Audit Log.
