Configure Communication Consent Records

Select which attributes appear on the individual consent record page for Communication Consent.

Required Editions

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions. Requires the Privacy Center license.

This setting controls the individual record view for Communication Consent. You can include any custom attributes you configured earlier.

  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Privacy Center, and then select the Global Consent tab.
  2. Under Configuration, select Guided Consent Management Layouts.
  3. Open the Communication Consent layout.
  4. Go to the Record Configuration section.
  5. Under Fields and Values Displayed, select the attributes to appear on the individual consent record page, including any custom attributes.
  6. Save your changes.
