Customize Consent Status Picklist Values

Define the Consent Status picklist values that reflect your privacy states, such as Opt In, Opt Out, Seen, or Pending.

Required Editions

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions. Requires the Privacy Center license.

The Consent Status picklist is prepopulated with industry baseline values. Modify, restrict, or add to these values so they match your company's compliance needs.

  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Privacy Center, and then select the Global Consent tab.
  2. Under Configuration, select Attribute Management.
  3. In the Consent Status section, add, edit, or remove values to match your company's privacy states.
  4. Save your changes.

Continue setting up your consent attributes by defining Consent Purpose values and configuring any Additional Attributes.
