Here are some considerations for currencies that use the Activity With Mixed Subcurrencies expiration model.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Loyalty Management - Advanced
  • The currencies don't support negative balances. This restriction exists because negative balances are evaluated at the parent currency level, whereas this model relies only on subtypes for point transactions.
  • The currencies use aggregate ledgers for tracing. See Track Redemptions and Associated Accruals with Traceability.

  • You can't reinstate points for subcurrencies that use the fixed-duration expiration model.
