Create a Loyalty Program
Create a loyalty program by entering a few basic details. Use a program name that represents your brand and resonates with members.
Configure Redeemable Points
Configure nonqualifying points that the members can earn and redeem for rewards. Select an expiration model and configure other expiration details that suit your program.
Define Tier Groups and Tiers
Create tier groups, and configure the tier model and the expiration details. Add a qualifying currency to measure the member's engagement level. Add tiers to the tier groups and set the minimum points required to attain the tiers.
Map Benefits
Create benefit types and map benefits based on tier levels. Assign priorities to rank the benefits.
Track Activities
In the final step, configure accrual and redemption activities so that members can earn and spend points. You can view the activities that already exist in the program and accordingly add new activities.
